A review of a demo by the band Deceased, written by Don Kaye, scanned from Metal Mania, December, 1987 (Vol. 2, No. 2).As a teenager it was fascinating to encounter these completely casual, poorly taken band photos in a mainstream magazine that might show up in the rack at a drugstore or a 7-11.

POISON (Germany) formed sometime in 1984 and went on to unknowingly sign a contract with ROADRUNNER RECORDS after they placed a track on the Germanic Thrash metal split titled “”Teutonic Invasion Part I” in 1987.
Between this time, POISON had released 7 demos, while Roadrunner refused to sign them properly for a full release; ultimately ending the band POISON but from the remnants of that band came R.U.DEAD
